HOW CAN I ORDER A PIECE OF ART?
Once you have selected an artwork, please Add To Basket and follow the instructions. Payment can be made using the usual secure payment methods so you can have peace of mind when buying online.
WILL MY ARTWORK BE FRAMED?
All of the paintings sold direct from my studio and are priced and sold unframed unless stated. When framed, we used complementary Farrow & Ball paint colours on a lightweight wooden frame.
Where unframed, I am happy to provide advice or even arrange a framing service. Pricing for framing can be discussed at that time. Please see below for contact details.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
I aim to prepare and ship your artwork within 3 to 5 days. Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail Track48 or similar offering a track and signature service. If there is any reason for a delay, I will contact you personally.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All artwork will be carefully and securely packaged in bubble wrap and jiffy bags to protect the frame and artwork itself. A hardboard backing sheet will be added if required. Watercolours will be sandwiched between a stiffened board to protect it in transit and wrapped in art quality cellophane. I have a long history of shipping artwork and have a solid record of delivering undamaged work to its new home.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
I will send an e-mail with an online tracking number to confirm shipping and to allow you to prepare for the receipt of your new artwork.
WHAT ARE THE D
ELIVERY COSTS?
Packaging and delivery costs are currently included in the artwork costs for all UK addresses.
If you live outside the UK, I will contact you after you have placed your order with an estimate of shipping costs. If you are happy to continue, I will ask for additional shipping fees to be paid. If you are not happy with the proposed fees after having purchased your artwork, I will cancel the order and issue you with a full refund. Alternatively, please contact me prior to placing your order to discuss.
IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE WHEN IT ARRIVES?
It is my aim that your artwork creates surprise and delight when you receive it. So many of my past buyers have said how much better the artwork looks in real life, even though I take every care to photograph them as naturally as possible (i.e. the photographs are not enhanced!)
If, however, you at all unhappy with your purchase, then all I ask is that you let me know by email and then return it within 14 days of receipt, suitably packaged (at your cost, sorry) and I will provide a full refund. Then I can release the artwork back for someone else to enjoy.
