Recently I’ve been welcoming private clients and collectors into the studio to view and purchase new work in person. It’s become such a joyful part of the process — sitting together over a cup of tea, or sometimes even a glass of fizz, talking through the paintings and the ideas behind them in a really relaxed way.
What I love most is how personal it feels. People take the work into their homes and then often send me the most beautiful photos afterwards, showing the paintings in their own spaces and lives. Seeing them settled and lived with like that is such a privilege — it brings everything full circle in a really meaningful way.
